I've always been passionate about helping people build personal brands. It's the reason I chose a career in PR many years ago, but also why I naturally pivoted to social media marketing more than 10 years ago.

I love connecting with people, and I love connecting people who will make a difference together.

Ever since I can remember I felt other people’s energy. Every time I would go into a room I would pick up on everyone else’s vibe. While I did not know it at the time, I would follow my gut feeling in every interaction.

With time and lots of research I’ve came to understand that everything around us is energy. We are energy. We communicate energetically before we communicate verbally. The way we show up in the world is guided by our energy, how we feel, our values and beliefs.

As I've started to learn more and more about how our beliefs shape our professional and personal lives, I’ve begun to see the disconnect between so many online personal brands and the real people behind.
